2. Via Direct Email: Send a brief email to accessibilityshieldorg@gmail.com from the account's registered email address with the subject line "Cancellation Request".

What Happens When You Cancel

• Immediate Renewal Stop: Your cancellation takes effect immediately to stop all future automatic renewal charges.
• Retained Access: You retain full access to your monitored domains, automated scans, hosted statement, and on-site widget through the remainder of your currently paid annual billing cycle.
• No Early Termination Penalties: We never charge cancellation fees or early-exit surcharges.

3. Annual Renewal Policy

Accessibility Shield subscriptions are billed on an annual cycle to keep our prices accessible ($12/year for Starter Shield, $29/year for Business Shield, $99/year for Agency Shield).

• Subscriptions automatically renew on the anniversary of your purchase unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Renewal receipts are automatically emailed to your registered billing address upon successful processing.
• If an annual subscription accidentally renews and you forgot to cancel, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the renewal charge. If you have not utilized the service following renewal, we will gladly issue a courtesy full refund.
