Add alt text to images in Wix

1. In the editor, select an image and open its Settings.
2. Describe the image in the "What's in the image?" field and press Enter.
3. For galleries, open Manage Media, select each image, and edit its Alt text (galleries use the image title by default).
4. For Wix Stores products, go to Products in your dashboard, open the product, open the More Actions menu on the images, and choose Edit Alt Text.
5. To find every missing description, use Settings > Accessibility Wizard > Scan Site. It can suggest AI-written alt text; check each suggestion before you keep it.

Alt text only goes live after you publish.

Check it: publish your change, then run a new scan from your dashboard. The issue should drop off the list.
