Add labels to form fields in Webflow

1. Select the form field on the canvas and give it a unique ID in the Element settings panel.
2. Select the field's Label element (add one from the Add panel if it's missing).
3. In the Label's Element settings, add a custom attribute named for with the same value as the field's ID.
4. If the design must hide the label, keep the label element and hide it visually with a "visually hidden" class instead of deleting it.
5. Publish the site.

Check it: publish your change, then run a new scan from your dashboard. The issue should drop off the list.
