Add labels to form fields in Wix

1. In the editor, select the form and open each field's settings.
2. Make sure each field has a field title (label) and that it's shown. Don't rely on placeholder text alone.
3. For subscribe boxes and other app widgets, open the widget's settings and look for label or title options.
4. Run Settings > Accessibility Wizard > Scan Site to find any fields that still have no label.
5. Some third-party app widgets can't be changed. If one keeps failing, contact the app developer or replace it with a Wix form.

Check it: publish your change, then run a new scan from your dashboard. The issue should drop off the list.
